Will Chip Shot send an order confirmation e-mail? A. We will send you an e-mail message confirming your order and will send a second confirmation email with your tracking number after your order has been shipped.
A. Chip Shot accepts Master Card & Visa Q. Do you charge sales tax? A. Yes. Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Q. How do I know if something is on backorder or available to ship immediately? A. If a product is listed on our website for sale, 99% of the time we have it in stock for immediate ship. In the rare case that we forget to take something off that is not available at the moment, we will refund 100% of your cost for that item and adjust the shipping accordingly (where applicable). Q. Can I change/cancel an order once it is placed? A. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to wait until you receive the order in the mail and follow the return process. Q. Do you have any sizing charts available? A. Nike and Adidas golf runs pretty true to size so we have not included a sizing chart for them. The ALO workout line and the Tommy Bahama line run a little bit differently than some so we have included sizing charts for them below. A. Rates are based on the merchandise total before tax. Please see shipping table below: Addition shipping info: Standard: Allow approximately 1 business day for processing and 5 business days for delivery. Expedited: Allow approximately 1 business day for processing and 2 business days for delivery. Next Day: Allow approximately 1 business day for processing and 1 business day for delivery. A. At the moment, we can only ship to the United States. In the future, we hope to be able to ship everywhere in the world. A. Once we ship your order, we will email you the tracking number that you can use on the shipping company’s website. From time to time, we know that our customers may need to return one of our products. Please make selections carefully and contact us prior to making a purchase to resolve any outstanding questions you have about an item. A. At Chip Shot, our ultimate goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original condition within 20 days and Chip Shot will arrange for a prompt and full refund (less the original shipping and handling charge). Just follow the return instructions under the return policy. A. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do our best to help you through the return process. All items to be returned must be in new and unused condition. Simply return the unused item within 20 days from date of shipment. We will take it back and issue a refund for the price of the item (less the original shipping and handling charge). If the item comes back to us in used or damaged condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. We currently do not accept exchanges. You will need to do a return & re-order the product again. Guidelines for returning item/items (there will also be a copy of these instructions with your order: 1. The items that you are returning MUST have all original tags and stickers on them. All items must be in new, unused condition just like you received them. Any items that have plastic wrap must still have that intact (example: fragrances). 2. Although not required, we recommend you use a shipping method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. 3. All return shipping charges will be your responsibility and will not be credited back to you. 4. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment used, minus original shipping costs. Ship your return to: ATTN: RETURNS Returns will be process within 3 days of receiving items. Please allow up to 2 weeks for return to show up on your credit card. We will notify you via email when we receive the returned package and then after we have processed your return.
Q. How safe is it to use my credit card? What is your security policy? A. Chip Shot offers you the most secure way to shop online. We use Secure Server Software, which is both the industry standard and the latest software for transmitting personal information online. This software encrypts your personal data, such as your contact or credit card information, allowing you to send information safely and securely. In fact, every page in the checkout process uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption. This system renders the information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. Q. How will Chip Shot use my personal information? A. Chip Shot values your privacy and we are committed to protecting it. We absolutely will not sell your name, e-mail address, or mailing address to any third party. Your credit card information is always kept strictly confidential.
